One of D.C.’s coolest venues, Longview Gallery offers a hip, modern space that can be transformed into something completely new and unexpected. As a D.C. wedding planner, there are a myriad of wedding venue options but one like Longview that offers a blank canvas is so exciting to work with!
Old-school romance was married with modern love for this enchanting autumn wedding at Longview Gallery in Washington, D.C. An industrial art gallery was converted into an indoor botanical garden with the help of Holly Chapple, setting a beautiful stage for an evening inspired by the idea of an intimate dinner party. Vintage lounge seating in warm tones, a two-tier floral chandelier hanging above the bar and the candle lined walkway created ambiance and added a romantic feel to a cold space. Guests were greeted by butlers handing out champagne, and after hours of dinner, laughter, and dancing, the couple exited through a brilliant walkway of firework sparklers on a busy D.C. street. This celebration was truly one for the ages. Enjoy the couple’s wedding feature on Wedding Sparrow, with photos by Eric Kelley.
